You’re one step closer to show day as it’s now time to submit your final measurements for stage suit! At the final stages, we only require one measurement from you to finish your order and that is your HIGH HIP measurement. Use the prompts below to complete the form and submit your measurement to the team.
Where should you measure?
We are aiming for the HIGH HIP! You’ll want to measure the circumference of your pelvis on level with the top of the butt crack /coccyx, catching the top of the glutes and ensuring the tape measure remains relatively flat all the way around.
THINGS TO AVOID:
GOING TOO LOW
Don’t go to the widest part of the hips/glutes… This will make your bottoms feel loose and won’t sit high as you move on stage!
GOING TOO HIGH
Don’t let the tape measure go above the glutes onto the lower back! This will make your bottoms too tight… yikes!

PLEASE NOTE
- Photos should be submitted from the SIDE or REAR like the examples above
- DO NOT put your face in the photo – as much as we love to see you, we want to ensure your privacy is protected at all times
- WEAR underwear! You’d be surprised what we’ve received over the years but to protect yourself and our staff, a thong or posing suit is the perfect amount of coverage to allow us to see if the tape measure is sitting correctly.
- Due to the amount of submissions we receive weekly – we only reply to INCORRECT submissions. If you don’t hear back within 72 hours of your measurement being submitted then you did it correctly! Good Job!
- If your measurement is BELOW 32.5″ – YOU MUST SUBMIT IMAGES. This is due to the measurement falling in our ‘petite range’ and must be checked by a seamstress to ensure your bottoms aren’t made too small.
*If you are having issues with images not sending it will be due to the file size. Some phones let you change the file size prior to uploading. If you’re unable to do this please send them in a separate email to finalmeasurements@blackicebikinis.com. Please do not send via instagram.
